About Us
We started out as second-home owners, when we bought a vacation property near our family. We quickly realized that the same things that appealed to us about the location and the property itself would likely appeal to others, so we hired a property manager and started advertising for short-term rental guests.
Things went well, and we considered purchasing another property for investment purposes. Local real estate agents had lots of properties, but we wanted what many real estate investors want: a desirable property in a great location PLUS we wanted to know that the money we were investing would give us a good return through short-term rentals.
Nothing to help us find these properties existed, so VacationRentalHomesForSale.com was born.
